Garnet, the perfume of Love, the darker side of Gardenia

Garnet, the perfume of Love, the darker side of gardenia

In celebration of Valentine’s day I would like to introduce this festive stone that throughout history has been worn to celebrate life, love, and protect those we love. This stone has adorned women for thousands of years: Garnet. Garnet, The Stone of Love is a deep red hue perfect for Valentine’s day. This stone inspired one of my favorite fragrances.

My Garnet fragrance is as deeply sensual as the smoldering red hue of the stone for which it was named. This tribute to the stone of love begins with a luscious and seductive watermelon top note. Garnet’s full, inviting middle note accord of gardenia and Moroccan red rose absolute languidly lies on a sumptuous bed for amber, vanilla and must that both radiates and beckons.

Simply divine! I want to lounge about like an Odalisque in a Henri Matisse painting. Such an opulent and slightly heady blend of rose and gardenia with the amber giving it the gentlest spice and patchouli giving it the softest earthiness. The sweet kiss of blackberry and vanilla gives it a kind of berry twist and the watermelon? I’m not quite sure if I can smell it, but it just adds to its uniqueness! ♥ it!
